Founding pricing applies for the first 12 service periods / first year. The Founding annual option is exactly £828 and does not receive the standard 10% annual discount.
- Founding 50 is limited to the first 50 paying companies.
- Joining the pre-launch list does not itself guarantee a Founding 50 place.
- Places are offered in the order companies joined the pre-launch list.
- When launch access is offered, the company receives a 48–72 hour activation window.
- The company must activate an eligible paid subscription within that window.
- If the company does not activate in time, the place can pass to the next company.
- The Founding rate applies for the first 12 service periods / first year.
- After that period, the company moves to the then-current Growth list price.
- Quanavo provides 30-day notice before that change.
- Founding 50 is not lifetime pricing.

Standard AI assistance is included within the Quanavo subscription structure. Very heavy AI usage may be subject to reasonable usage limits or additional AI credits where required to keep pricing sustainable.
People remain responsible for commercial, operational and project decisions.

Failed subscription payments are retried. If payment remains unsuccessful after the defined retry process, paid access can be suspended. After paid access ends, the company receives 30 days to export relevant data. After that period, data may be deleted according to the account policy.
No refunds for unused subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
Your company can take its project data with it.
Quanavo supports export of relevant project and company data using formats such as PDF, CSV and ZIP where applicable.
Your company is not trapped inside Quanavo.
Project records, drawings and forms live inside Documents.
