Documents connected to the work they belong to.
Quanavo keeps drawings, forms, project documents and records attached to the relevant project — giving authorised Office and Field users access to the information they need without rebuilding the project story across disconnected folders and systems.
One project record. Document context from start to handover.
The document stays with the project.

Quanavo does not treat project documentation as a separate archive detached from delivery. Documents remain connected to the project, stage, work or record they support so teams can understand what information belongs where.
The right people see the documents relevant to their work.
Quanavo uses company roles, project memberships and permission-driven access so owners, office teams, managers and Field users see the project information appropriate to their role and assigned projects.
A Field user does not automatically receive access to every document or every part of the business simply because they are working on a project.
Keep drawings connected to the project they control.
Project drawings can remain attached to the relevant project and work context so authorised users can find the information they need without relying on separate folders, email chains or personal devices.

Know which version belongs to the work.
Where versioning applies, Quanavo can retain document history so authorised users can understand which revision is current without losing the earlier project record.
The office and the site work from the same project information.
Quanavo Documents sits inside the same project system as Office and Field. Project information can move between the people coordinating the job and the people delivering it without creating a separate document silo.
Documents become part of the project history.
Drawings, forms, records and supporting project information remain connected to the project they belong to, alongside planning, commercial information, materials, evidence and readiness.
AI can help organise information. People remain responsible for the work.
Quanavo may use AI to assist with organising, understanding and finding project information, but it does not autonomously approve documents, release work or make project decisions on behalf of the company.
Keep project information connected from start to handover.
