When consent is required
Strictly necessary technologies may operate without consent where the law permits, because they are required to deliver the service you have asked for or to keep it secure.
Non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technologies are not activated until you have given the required consent. Nothing optional is set in advance, and continuing to browse is not treated as consent.

- Reject non-essential cookies.
- Change your preferences later, at any time.
Rejecting non-essential cookies is as easy as accepting them, and withdrawing consent later is as easy as giving it. Your choice is remembered using a strictly necessary consent-preference mechanism.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may stop parts of the site or product from working.

How our consent mechanism works
- No non-essential cookie or script is set before consent is given.
- Accept and Reject are presented with equal prominence and take the same effort.
- A “Manage preferences” option lets you choose categories individually.
- Optional categories are never pre-ticked.
- Continuing to browse, scrolling or closing a banner is not treated as consent.
- Your preference is stored using a strictly necessary consent-preference mechanism, and can be changed or withdrawn at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.
- Analytics and advertising scripts are gated in code, so they cannot load unless the relevant category is consented to.
